Access to the spot ?
By the N-611 road which goes from Santander to Torrelavega. Near the small village of Liencres, about 30km from Santander
How does the beach look
like ?
The long beach is separated in the E area into various sections by rocks.
How are the waves ? (direction, type and quality of the waves only)
It is a zone which receives best the swell and this gives rise to many pics(lines, lefts which dig with block) the most known spots are Valdearenas and Canallave. It is advised to go to the East of the large carpark on the top of cliffs in the natural reserve. There, you will find peaks also good with much less people. Beware of the descent of cliff.
How is everything else ?
Along with Los Locos, this is the most consistent spot in Cantabria. Located in the natural reserve, fauna and the flora is abundant there. The local population is very sympatic and accessible, the area is superb, respect!
