Access to the spot ?

Bud Bud is located at the south of the bay of "Longeville". From Longeville, take the road D105 and turn at "Les Conches". Park at the south end of the parking lot. Then a short walk will get you there.

How does the beach look like ?

Big sandy beach.

How are the waves ? (direction, type and quality of the waves only)

a both direction beach break

Short but powerful waves

How is everything else ?

One the best spots of the region, can get really crowded during the summer

This is the most famous spot in Vendee (except La Sauzaie maybe), nices waves in summer when it's not crowed ! In septembers, a constest, Bud Bud Contest is organized. It's a friendly, joyfull encounter between European surfers.

Bud Bud contect is organized each septembers, around the second week-end of it.
